RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We have a NO RETURN policy for "change of mind" purchases. Returns will only be accepted for faulty products or incorrect contents and Leis and Aloha must be notified with 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the faulty item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Leis and Aloha orders are usually despatched via Australia Post. It may take 2 working days for an order to be processed from the time of placement. Bedding takes longer to be despatched - usually no more than a week.
Deliveries may take longer if there are unexpected stock or delivery issues by Australia Post which are beyond our control. We will let you know if this is the case.
International shipping delivery times will depend on Australia Post and also the type of delivery option chosen on the checkout.
Leis and Aloha orders are only despatched Monday to Friday. We always attempt to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond our control that delay the order.
Our shipping costs are automatically calculated by Australia Post, based on product weight, dimesions and the final delivery destination of your combined order. All shipping originates from Lennox Head in Australia.
